TEACHING

In 1974, while serving with the U.S. Navy in Egypt during minesweeping operations in the
Suez Canal, I lectured on Mass Communication subjects at the American University in Cairo. My final assignment in the Navy was
as a staff officer and faculty member, teaching Mass Communication and Public Relations, at the Naval War College in Newport, RI.

More recently I have lectured at the American College in London, at Trinity College in Washington, D.C.,
for the International Business School of Stockholm and for Webster University of St. Louis.

I am also a self-employed businessman, publish books and write a column for the Altoona Mirror newspaper in Altoona, PA.
